Description
Porto Building is a 12-story commercial office complex that engaged us for a comprehensive post-construction clean prior to tenant occupancy. The project required removal of construction dust, debris, and adhesive residue throughout all common areas, stairwells, and individual suites.
Our crew of 18 technicians completed the full building in two days, working in coordinated teams across multiple floors simultaneously. All surfaces — including windows, flooring, fixtures, and HVAC grilles — were cleaned to move-in standard, well ahead of the client's occupancy deadline.
